By accessing and using Seprex ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Seprex provides AI-powered email generation services for B2B sales professionals through a Chrome browser extension. The Service helps users create professional sales emails based on context and buyer information provided by the user.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • One account per person; no account sharing

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Send spam, unsolicited emails, or violate CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Circumvent usage limits or restrictions
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Free Tier: 5 emails per month at no cost
  • Pro Tier: Unlimited emails at $27/month (annual) or $29/month (monthly)
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Payments are processed by Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase
  • No refunds for partial months after 14-day period

6. Cancellation and Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP: Seprex, our logo, and all related marks are owned by Seprex Solutions. All software, algorithms, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your input to generate emails.

8. AI-Generated Content

  • AI-generated emails are suggestions; you are responsible for reviewing before sending
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated content
  • You are solely responsible for emails you send
  • The Service should not be used as legal, financial, or professional advice

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEPREX SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seprex Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
